Collaborative and Technology Spaces and Rooms

Groups may use various collaborative, or group study rooms in the Alkek Library.  Some rooms are available by reservation, and some on a first-come, first-served basis.An individual may use an unoccupied group study room; however, one person using the room may be asked to yield to two or more people.

The following conduct is prohibited in all designated technology spaces:

• Misusing furniture or the facility
• Defacing, damaging, or destroying any materials or resources
• Changing equipment settings without prior authorization
• Removing or attempting to remove library property without formal check-out
