Reservable: Students wishing to make an appointment for a critiqued presentation through the Communications Studies program should make an appointment.
When not in use for critiqued presentations, this room can be reserved for up to two hours per day to practice your presentation without formal evaluation or for collaborating with your study group or project team. You can make reservation in advance from a phone or mobile device, computer workstation, or laptop. You can also make an onsite reservation from the tablet outside the room using your mobile device. Touch the green Book Now button and scan the QR code using your mobile device to access the reservation website.
Use Guidelines: All group study rooms are intended for use by students and faculty who need to meet with a group to study or work on projects. These rooms are not to be used for office hours or instructional support. Reservations can be made up to 30 days prior to use using the online room reservation system. These rooms are not soundproof, so noise levels must be kept to a minimum. Groups who become loud and boisterous risk being asked to forfeit their reservation and leave the library.

This room is a great place to practice delivering your presentation. Students experiencing communication apprehension or "stage fright" can make an appointment with a trained presentation coach through the Communications Studies department. Those appointments are made by the Comm Studies staff and are not available through the library's reservation system.
